With more than twenty-five years of experience across tourism, hospitality, and business development, I have built a career centred on collaboration, advocacy, and regional growth. From working hands-on with local operators to representing NSW businesses on domestic and international trade missions, I have developed a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that shape our industry.
I am passionate about ensuring regional voices are heard and supported at every level of tourism planning and decision-making. My experience spans product development, distribution strategy, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring, and I have had the privilege of judging the NSW Tourism Awards for several years.
Through these roles, I have seen first-hand the innovation and resilience within our industry — qualities I am committed to strengthening and celebrating.
Joining the NSW Tourism Association Board represents an opportunity to give back to an industry that has given me so much. I hope to contribute practical insights, strong regional representation, and a collaborative approach to support the continued growth and sustainability of tourism across New South Wales.

I bring to the NSW Tourism Association Board more than 20 years’ executive experience spanning tourism, public policy, advocacy, strategic communications, business development and operations.

I bring to the NSW Tourism Association Board more than 20 years’ executive experience spanning tourism, public policy, advocacy, strategic communications, business development and operations.
My leadership as Deputy CEO of the Tourism & Transport Forum (TTF) placed me at the forefront of national engagement, particularly during the COVID-19 recovery, where I led media, policy, membership, and advocacy portfolios, as well as coordinated major campaigns with state and federal
governments.
As Managing Director of Moses Corporate Affairs, I work with clients across the visitor economy, including NSWTA members Destination North Coast and Caravan & Camping Industry Association of NSW.
I have a strong track record in managing membership acquisition, retention and
engagement—building value for members and actively contributing to both regional, metropolitan and national tourism outcomes.
Notably, my experience includes overseeing association events programs and developing strategic partnership and sponsorship initiatives—creating vital secondary revenue streams to support and enrich member services.
My first-hand hospitality experience as the former owner/operator of a restaurant in Manly—one of Sydney’s iconic visitor destinations—has given me genuine insight into the connection between tourism, hospitality and local economic activity.
I have served on the Manly Tourism and Economic Recovery Taskforce convened by Manly’s local MP James Griffin, and as a founding Advisory Committee member for the Accommodation Australia Eeger jobs board, supporting collaborative solutions to industry workforce challenges.
My governance expertise has been honed through senior roles at organisations including the TTF, the Financial Services Council and ANRA, as well as through board and advisory committee participation. I possess a strong grasp of association governance, risk, reporting and compliance, with experience in ensuring accountability and supporting robust board operations.
As a long term advocate for the tourism sector I am passionate about supporting the growth, recognition and resilience of NSW’s visitor economy, and I look forward to contributing to the Board through industry advocacy, member engagement, and collaborative leadership.

I bring over 35 years of experience in business across a broad range of industries including tourism & events.
Although starting in Sydney the business has grown to a national entity that now services both inbound and outbound clients.

I bring over 35 years of experience in business across a broad range of industries including tourism & events.
Although starting in Sydney the business has grown to a national entity that now services both inbound and outbound clients.
Since moving to the mid-north coast earlier this year I now have a driving passion to expand the tourism industry in this area and beyond. With my mentoring and training experience I believe I can assist other businesses to reach their full potential and I see a position on the board as the most impactful way of achieving that.
I see that as an industry we face many challenges and believe with my experience I have the ability to help other businesses continue to grow and succeed.
I have numerous qualification as well as hands on experience and would be happy to provide a full resume if required along with references.

As a passionate advocate for the NSW visitor economy and a current regional tourism business owner, I am seeking a
position on the NSW Tourism Association Board. I wish to bring my extensive governance experience and on-the-ground
operator perspective to the table, ensuring a strong voice for regional members.

As a passionate advocate for the NSW visitor economy and a current regional tourism business owner, I am seeking a
position on the NSW Tourism Association Board. I wish to bring my extensive governance experience and on-the-ground
operator perspective to the table, ensuring a strong voice for regional members.
As the current Chair of Destination Riverina Murray and a member of the Business NSW Visitor Economy Policy
Committee, I am deeply engaged in the strategic challenges and opportunities facing our industry. I have a proven record of advocacy, stakeholder engagement (from local government to DNSW leadership), and contributing to state-level policy development.
My work championing the Agritourism Strategy demonstrates my commitment to driving growth and
resilience in our sector.
This governance experience is balanced by my entrepreneurial background as the founder of The Coffee Pedaler, a
multi-site hospitality business. I understand firsthand the operational, financial and marketing challenges operators face, from navigating post-COVID recovery to implementing sustainable practices and adopting new technology.
I am committed to the strategic direction of the Association and am eager to contribute to its mission as the "Voice for the
Visitor Economy."
Elections for two Director positions will be conducted via a secure, external voting platform, via the link below. Results will be announced during the meeting and published on the Association’s website, following the meeting.
Voting will close at 5:00pm (AEDT) on Tuesday, 25 November 2025.
