Through our partnership with the Australian Tourism Industry Council, NSW Tourism Association offers members the opportunity to complete Quality Tourism accreditation programs and gain nationally recognised accreditation.
Quality Tourism accreditation goes beyond business development—it provides your tourism business with credibility, support, and a competitive edge. Backed by Austrade and supported by our partnership with Tourism Australia, these programs set the benchmark for excellence in Australia’s tourism industry.
By participating in these programs, businesses gain access to industry-leading training in sustainable tourism, business development, accessible tourism, and more—all developed in consultation with experts. This ensures you stay ahead of industry trends while meeting national standards for quality and service.
Importantly, Quality Tourism accreditation is a key step toward entering the NSW Tourism Awards—the only pathway to national recognition at the Australian Tourism Awards. It’s an opportunity to refine your business and be celebrated for your achievements.
