Post-North Coast Awards: Continue the awards journey!

After the North Coast Regional Tourism Awards, entrants are encouraged to revise and strengthen their submission ahead of the NSW Tourism Awards. This includes:

  • Incorporating Judges' Feedback
  • Adding examples to meet additional NSW requirements
  • Including activity from the final quarter (April–June 2025)

Once updated, Regional Tourism entrants have another opportunity for a draft review to refine their submission before final lodgement.

NSW Draft Reviews must be submitted by Friday 8 August.

This revision period takes place between the announcement of Regional Award winners on 31 July and the NSW Tourism Awards submission deadline on 20 August.

Important Notes:

  • Entrants eligible for the NSW Tourism Awards ‘Major’ categories (Major Tourist Attractions, Major Tour & Transport Operators, Major Festivals & Events) will be automatically transferred into these categories for the state-level program.

  • If you wish to transfer to a more specific or relevant category that wasn't available at the North Coast Awards, please contact the Program Manager to arrange the transition. This may involve slight adjustments in question requirements. Entrants are advised to review the NSW Tourism Awards category questions to ensure eligibility.

  • All North Coast Regional Tourism Award entrants are automatically enrolled for the NSW Tourism Awards - no additional fees required!
